Our therapy sessions combine evidence-based approaches such as Brainspotting, Mindfulness, CBT, and DBT, tailored to address trauma and enhance communication skills. We specialize in guiding individuals on their journey of healing from trauma. Our trauma-informed therapy creates a safe and supportive environment where you can explore and process your experiences, regain a sense of empowerment, and find resilience amidst adversity.
Fee Structure
Do you take insurance?
I am not in-network with any insurance providers, however I can provide you with a statement at the end of each month that you can submit to your insurance company.
In order to make mental health care accessible to as many individuals as possible, I always have a few sessions dedicated to sliding scale. Please inquire for availability.
Why don’t you take insurance?
I do not accept insurance for several reasons. Insurance requirements such as formal diagnoses and limitations on sessions or treatment modalities can hinder the therapeutic process and limit personalized care, while lower reimbursement rates and administrative burdens can impact my ability to sustain quality care.
How much is therapy?
All sessions are $250 for 50-minutes. At times, longer sessions may be available for services such as family therapy or Brainspotting. The fees will be dependent on session length. Additionally, intensives or in-home sessions are offered on an as-needed basis, please inquire for details.
